Can children, breastfeeding mothers, and pregnant women eat chocolate? Yes, they can - and ceremonial grade cacao is exactly the same <3
However, my answer should not be health-specific, so you should always consult your doctor to see if there are any contraindications during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

There are 2 variants of Camille's Cacao Love cacao:
100g - approx. for 4 cups
420g - approx. for 15 cups
Dosage
10-15g: for the sensitive, pregnant, breastfeeding, or those who simply need a little nourishment for a quiet moment.
25-35g: The meditative dose - for meditation, journaling, and bodily practices such as body therapy and yoga.
42.5-55g: The ceremonial dose. For deeper ceremonies and personal moments when you truly want to be embraced by the essence of cacao.
