Food products cannot be returned.

If you regret your purchase and wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@camillescacaolove.com

If it is the day of the order, please write to us immediately so that we do not end up handing it over to GLS (in the afternoon)

Cancellation cannot be made by refusing the package/failure to pick up, as this is considered non-collection and costs DKK 50

You have a 14-day return policy on all products except foodstuffs, as these cannot be returned.

Extended return periods may apply for Christmas gift orders.
