"Grounded" Spice Mix contains 195 grams, which is equivalent to 1 bag of Camilles Cacao Love (420g)
If you only want to buy the equivalent, you can instead buy package 1, which only contains 1 bag of cacao + 1 package of "Grounded" Spice Mix

This means you get 1.26 kg of ceremonial cacao and 195 grams of Spice Mix.

"Grounded" Spice Mix contains four different spices that complement the ceremonial cacao really well. The taste becomes mild and naturally sweeter than pure ceremonial cacao.

The spices are:

What can the spices in "Grounded" Spice Mix do?

Lucuma powder

Contains antioxidants, B-vitamins, fiber and stabilizes blood sugar and your appetite. Gives a delicious caramel-like taste.

Ceylon cinnamon

The true cinnamon from Sri Lanka, which stabilizes blood sugar (therefore fantastic if you drink cacao on an empty stomach in the morning), antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and good for your blood pressure.

Cardamom

Good for digestion, just like cacao (detoxing effect) - for diarrhea, constipation, etc., good for bad breath, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory.
