Intention

This meditation invites you to slow down, soften the body, and reconnect with yourself in the presence of Cacao Spirit.

You are invited to soften the body, follow the breath, and allow whatever is here to be felt.

Cacao becomes a quiet witness, holding space as emotions, sensations, and deeper truths begin to surface. In this space, you are simply invited to meet yourself with openness and compassion.

• Give yourself permission to feel and release what you may have been holding inside
• Open yourself more deeply to yourself and to life while meeting your inner truth
• A grounded moment to pause and reconnect with what is alive within you
  
  

My own journey has shown me how much we can carry without truly allowing ourselves to feel it. So often we live in the head, disconnected from what the body holds.

Sitting in ritual with Cacao became a space where I could slow down and truly meet myself. In the presence of Cacao, the body softens, emotions begin to move, and I can finally allow these inner contrasts to exist without shaming myself for them.

Sharing this meditation is my way of offering that same space to others, a space where all parts of you are welcome.
