Craftsmanship and Quality

Bailao & Co. creates their candles in small batches in Denmark with great attention to both quality and the ritual experience.

The candles are made from an exclusive blend of Danish beeswax and coconut wax, which provides a beautiful flame, stable burning, and minimal soot compared to many traditional paraffin candles.

The scent compositions are developed by perfumers in Grasse – world-renowned for its perfumery craftsmanship – and are inspired by scent traditions from North Africa and the Middle East. Instead of essential oils, carefully developed perfume compositions are used to ensure a beautiful and balanced scent experience throughout the candle's lifespan.
