"Grounded" Spice Mix contains 195 grams, which is equivalent to 1 bag of Camilles Cacao Love.

"Grounded" Spice Mix contains four different spices that complement ceremonial cacao beautifully. The taste becomes mild and naturally sweeter than pure ceremonial cacao.

The spices are:

• Ceylon cinnamon

• Cardamom

What can the spices in "Grounded" Spice Mix do?

Lucuma powder

Contains antioxidants, B-vitamins, fiber, and stabilizes blood sugar and appetite. Gives a delicious caramel-like taste.

Ceylon cinnamon

The true cinnamon from Sri Lanka, which stabilizes blood sugar (therefore fantastic if you drink cacao on an empty stomach in the morning), antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and good for your blood pressure.

Cardamom

Good for digestion, like cacao (detoxifying) - for diarrhea, constipation, etc., good for bad breath, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory.
