The Grounded mix is ready for the cacao, making it easy for you to create a delicious cup of cacao that is naturally sweet, supports your body when you drink it, and creates grounding ~ so you can receive the cacao and let it nourish you to a greater extent.

The "Grounded" Spice Mix contains three different spices that really complement ceremonial cacao. The taste becomes mild and naturally sweeter than pure ceremonial cacao.

The spices are:

What can the spices in "Grounded" Spice Mix do?

Lucuma powder

Contains antioxidants, B-vitamins, fiber, and stabilizes blood sugar and appetite. Provides a lovely caramel-like taste.

Ceylon cinnamon

The true cinnamon from Sri Lanka, which stabilizes blood sugar (therefore fantastic if you drink cacao while fasting in the morning), antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and good for your blood pressure.

Cardamom

Good for digestion, just like cacao (detoxifying) - for diarrhea, constipation, etc., good for bad breath, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory.
