 Week 1 - New Moon, grounding, body contact.

 Week 2 - Sun, power, manifestation and invitation of your light.

 Week 3 - Full Moon cacao. Cycle completion. Letting go.

 Week 4 - The element of water. Femininity. Emotions. Heart. Womb.

Active meditations are fantastic if you live a busy life, have many thoughts, little knowledge of meditation, or want new input for your meditative practice

Because they work on a physical level with the body's energy, cleanse, and are a good way to start your meditative practice, as for many beginners it is overwhelming to simply close their eyes and be with themselves.

Here the focus is always on a smaller movement or specific breathing, which everyone can participate in

We will touch upon the background and history of cacao and how this beautiful plant medicine has been used through rituals for about 4000 years by the Mayans and Incas.

You will also learn about the process from bean to cup, get a virtual tour of the world of cacao from when I myself visited cacao plantations in Peru 

Because when we know the history, the process, the people behind it, it's easier for us to connect energetically and create our own relationship and feel what cacao supports us in.
