The intention for the meditation
It is my intention that with this meditation, you will land in deep presence with your body and your senses. That you can allow the cacao and the energy to open you up to receive the guidance that is ready for you.
Why have you chosen to share this particular meditation?
Most of my life, I have lived outside of myself - trying to fit into a certain box, dictated by the outer world. I have lived with recurrent depressions and been medicated for years.
Therefore, it is important for me to create a space where you can feel that there is room for all of you. Regardless of how life looks right now. Magic happens when we draw energy in and home - and cacao is excellent at helping with precisely that movement.
