The Yoga Collection is like a small ritual in itself – three plant-based allies that guide you into your body, into the present moment, and into the field where the medicine of cacao can be felt even deeper. The set is created to support movement, meditation, intention, and the gentle opening you may already know from your moments with cacao.

They are like three phases of a ceremony – grounding, clarity, and lift – which you can use individually or in an intuitive rhythm throughout your practice.

・Align oil: 

Is both a stabilizing and centering oil that supports deeper calm and self-acceptance. At the same time, Align oil can help create harmony in your daily life, cacao moment, or wherever else you choose to use it.

Self-acceptance & self-belief: The oil is fantastic for those who want more self-belief, or for those who want to learn to accept their whole self exactly as they are. 

・Arise oil:

Is an uplifting and refreshing oil that can help inspire you to dare to dream big and set wild goals. It can help make the realization of dreams more easy and playful. The oil can also help open up for more clarity and support you in being more open-minded. 

Joy & upliftment while daring to dream big: Arise oil is truly fantastic for those who want support for more joy, play, and ease when setting goals and wanting to invite more dream fulfillment into their lives. 

Clarity: The oil is also really lovely when you want more mental and emotional clarity, and when you want to be more open-minded.

・Anchor oil: 

Stabilizing oil, which can, among other things, help support you in believing more in yourself and can help open up for a more calm and stable inner strength. The oil is also created with the intention of supporting a deeper connection to yourself, your social circle, and helping you achieve emotional harmony and balance.

Anchor – Ingredients: Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Cedarwood (Juniperus virginiana), Frankincense (Boswellia carterii), Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Sandalwood (Santalum album), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), Black Pepper (Piper nigrum).

Naturally occurring allergens: Linalool, Limonene, Eugenol, Benzyl Benzoate, Cinnamal (may vary naturally from batch to batch).

Align – Ingredients: Bergamot (Citrus bergamia), Coriander (Coriandrum sativum), Marjoram (Origanum majorana), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), Basil (Ocimum basilicum), Rose (Rosa damascena), Jasmine (Jasminum grandiflorum).

Naturally occurring allergens: Linalool, Limonene, Geraniol, Citral, Eugenol, Benzyl Alcohol (may vary naturally).

Arise – Ingredients: Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi), Lemon (Citrus limon), Osmanthus (Osmanthus fragrans), Melissa (Melissa officinalis), Siberian Fir (Abies sibirica), Frankincense (Boswellia carterii).

Naturally occurring allergens: Limonene, Linalool, Geraniol, Citral (may vary naturally).

All 3 oils contain 5 ml each.

How do I use doTERRA oils?

Use them as fragrant aromatherapy that opens your senses and awakens your emotions.

You can use the oils in a diffuser or oil burner and let the scent spread through your rooms. You can dab a single drop on your wrists, forehead, chest, or other energy points on your body that call to you. There is no right or wrong. What you feel is always right.

You can also mix the oils in a fragrance-free base oil to create your own favorite scented body oil.
