• Energizing: Rosemary is known for its energizing properties – which is why my midwife also advised me to diffuse rosemary during the birth of my daughter :)

How do I use doTERRA Touch?

doTERRA Touch combines essential oil in your favorite scent with coconut oil so you can easily use it on your body. It comes with a smart roll-on, making it easy to use, and you won't get oil everywhere. And it's easy to carry in your bag on the go.

Use doTERRA Touch before your cacao session as a fragrant aromatherapy that opens your senses and awakens your emotions. Or use it throughout the day for extra support or well-being.

For example, apply doTERRA Touch to your wrists, temples, back of the neck, soles of the feet, pulse points, or wherever feels right, to experience the oil's effect. There is no right or wrong. What you feel is always right.
