doTERRA Rosemary

Rosemary is a fragrant and evergreen shrub, with leaves often used in cooking.

The oil has a very energizing scent and is wonderful to use for aromatherapy and massage treatments, or during your cacao moments.

Rosemary is also believed to help with fatigue and tension, and is said to be good for sharpening the senses for greater clarity and focus.

How do I use doTERRA oils?
