How to use it in your cacao ritual
Forgive is beautiful when you are working with release, transitions, or rites of passage. Use it when you drink cacao with the intention of releasing something in your heart or creating space for new emotions. If you smell it while the warmth of the cacao unfolds in your body, you may feel a gentler flow, as if something is letting go without being forced.
