How do I use doTERRA oils?

You can use the oils in a diffuser or oil burner and let the scent spread through your rooms. You can dab a single drop on your wrists, forehead, chest or other energy points on your body that call to you. There is no right or wrong way. What you feel is always the right way.

You can also mix the oils in a fragrance-free carrier oil and create your own favorite scented body oil.
