How do I use doTERRA oils?

Use them as fragrant aromatherapy that opens your senses and awakens your emotions.

You can use the oils in a diffuser or oil burner and let the scent spread through your rooms. You can dab a single drop on your wrists, forehead, chest, or other energy points on your body that call to you. There is no right or wrong way. What you feel is always right.

You can also mix the oils in an unscented carrier oil and create your own favorite fragrant body oil.
