The AromaTouch Technique Kit is an invitation to slow down and meet the body with calm, touch, and high-quality essential oils. The kit is designed for use with dōTERRA's AromaTouch Technique, but can also be used more intuitively – as a sensory ritual in everyday life, where plants are allowed to speak through their aroma and energy.

Here, eight carefully selected essential oils and blends meet, traditionally used in a specific sequence. Not to fix or change, but to create space. Space to land in the body. Space to breathe deeper. Space to simply be.

The intention behind each oil

Balance®
Intention: To land. To create grounding and security in the body. A gentle start that invites the nervous system to calm down.

Lavender
Intention: To soften. To open up to calm, gentleness, and inner stillness through its floral and familiar aroma.

Tea Tree
Intention: To cleanse and clarify. A fresh, green energy that supports the experience of purity and clarity.

On Guard®
Intention: To envelop and strengthen. A warm, spicy aroma that creates a sense of inner stability and protection.

AromaTouch®
Intention: To invite deep relaxation. A harmonious blend that binds the ritual together and creates flow.

Deep Blue®
Intention: To let go. A cooling and deep aroma that invites the body to relax and release tension.

Wild Orange
Intention: To awaken joy. A fresh and light citrus note that brings lightness and movement into the experience.

Peppermint
Intention: To finish with clarity. An invigorating, cool aroma that collects energy and brings freshness.

How to use the AromaTouch Technique Kit

You can follow the classic AromaTouch Technique with light, rhythmic strokes along the back, neck, and shoulders.
But the kit can also be used much more simply.

Many choose to simply apply a drop or two under the feet – either one oil at a time or in the fixed sequence – and let the aromas work while the body rests.

It doesn't have to be a treatment. It can be a moment.

AromaTouch & ceremonial cacao

The AromaTouch Technique Kit can be beautifully woven into your ceremonial cacao practice.
After drinking your cacao – while the body is open, sensing, and present – you can choose to:

• Apply Balance or AromaTouch under the feet to ground the intention
• Use Wild Orange or Peppermint to bring clarity and lightness
• Let an oil support the intention you set for your time

The cacao opens your energy system. The oils support the body. Together they create a quiet space where you can listen.

Allergens

Contains naturally occurring allergens from essential oils, including limonene, linalool, eugenol, and cinnamal.

How do I use doTERRA oils?

Use them as fragrant aromatherapy that opens your senses and awakens your emotions.

You can use the oils in a diffuser or oil burner and let the scent spread through your rooms. You can dab a single drop on your wrists, forehead, chest, or other energy points on your body that call to you. There is no right or wrong. What you feel is always right.

You can also mix the oils in an unscented carrier oil and create your own favorite scented body oil.
