doTERRA AromaTouch

AromaTouch is a blend developed with the purpose of providing a sensory and balancing experience – especially through touch and massage. It can support the body in letting go and creating a feeling of lightness when applied to the skin diluted in a carrier oil.

The oil is composed of several essential oils, including basil, grapefruit, cypress, and lavender – ingredients each contributing with their own characteristics and qualities.

AromaTouch has a fresh, spicy, and slightly herbaceous aroma.

AromaTouch is particularly suitable for use in connection with relaxation, recovery, and wellness rituals. It is often used as part of doTERRA's touch therapy – the AromaTouch® Technique – where the oil can support the body in finding balance and calm.

Emotionally, AromaTouch is often associated with:

The blend is created to support both body and mind through simple daily rituals, where touch and body awareness are given space.

How do I use doTERRA oils?

Use them as fragrant aromatherapy that opens your senses and awakens your emotions.

You can use the oils in a diffuser or oil burner and let the scent spread through your rooms. You can dab a single drop on your wrists, forehead, chest, or other energy points on the body that call for it. There is no right or wrong. What you feel is always right.

You can also mix the oils in a fragrance-free base oil and create your own favorite scented body oil.
