How do I use doTERRA oils?

You can use the oils in a diffuser or oil burner and let the scent spread through your rooms. You can dab a single drop on your wrists, forehead, chest, or other energy points on the body that call to you. There is no right or wrong. What you feel is always right.

You can also mix the oils into an unscented carrier oil to create your own favorite scented body oil.
