This meditation is active, but with a focus on a calm starting point, allowing you to soothe yourself. You will also work with deep embodiment at a cellular level, receiving + sharing your energy - from pure being.

Origin of the meditation
This active meditation was developed by Osho, a mystic, philosopher, and enlightened master from India, who, during the 70s and 80s, developed active meditations rooted in Eastern philosophy with a focus on adapting them for Western people.
The meditation combines active breathing with a focus on your 7 energy centers - chakras.

Ask yourself: “What is my intention for doing this meditation?”

Take it with you, as if you put it in your backpack and embarked on a journey into the landscape of active meditation.
