I want to start with one of the most magical and subtle facets of cacao: The Transformer, The Shape Shifter, and The Alchemist.

This part of cacao's intelligence works on a level where words and understanding become secondary. Cacao is not just a drink; it is an awakening, a transformation. And this journey is not just for curious beginners, but also for the experienced who have used cacao as a guide and support in their lives. Cacao invites deep transformation when we allow ourselves to receive its energy.

A subtle magic

My experience with cacao has evolved over the years. In the beginning, it was a physical experience, almost trivial in its simplicity. I could feel the effect, but it also felt like something bigger was at play.

It was a relationship – a co-creation – that required intention, spaciousness, and calm in my life.
It’s not always possible to receive cacao’s deeper wisdom, especially when I'm stressed or feel triggered. But when I truly allow myself to be present, cacao opens doors to a form of transformation that is truly unique.
Cacao works on such a subtle level that it almost feels as if there is no time and space where this transformation takes place. There is nothing concrete, yet something deep happens within me that can be described as an awakening.

Like an alchemist who transforms something ordinary into something magical and potent. This transformation is not always sudden, but when it happens, it feels like an ancient realization, as if it has always been this way. Cacao helps me become aware of my body, my mind, and my soul.

An early encounter, which might not have seemed particularly significant on the surface, turned out to be the beginning of something profound. I remember making cacao for the first time at home in my living room. It wasn't perfect – the taste wasn't the best – but there was still a power in the drink that I couldn't ignore. I put on music and started dancing, and suddenly I felt my body in a completely new way. It was as if I had discovered something I had never known was possible before.

This marked the beginning of my journey with cacao. I began to integrate cacao more and more into my life, and soon it became not just a drink, but a companion in all my processes. Cacao activates what we already know but may have forgotten. It helps us integrate the wisdom of life on a deeper level.

For me, cacao has been a constant companion on my own journey. And I see how it has helped many of those with whom I share my practice. It is more than just a drink – it is a tool for creating deep transformation. It's not about achieving something or "doing" something, but about being open to the energy that cacao offers.
