Perhaps you are unsure how to create a relationship with ceremonial cacao? Or how to receive her messages?

Then read on, as I share the 8 channels through which you can receive messages and communications.

Because it's actually quite simple – at least once you understand how to do it.

Of course, it will vary from time to time, but there are often certain channels through which you are more open to receiving her teachings, reminders, and medicine.

It requires a calm space. Both inside and out. No pressure – it's about the intention to create the space for calm. You don't necessarily have to be that calm.
