Rested & Calm is created for those moments when you want to slow down, turn your attention inwards, and create a small space where nothing needs to be achieved.

The package brings together three different essential oils: Lavender, Balance, and Vetiver. Three very different plant allies, each bringing their own energy and scent to your ritual – from Lavender's soft floral scent, to Balance's warm and woody depth, to Vetiver's dark, earthy character.

You don't have to choose one oil that can do it all. You can feel it out – and that's why here you get an insight into the intention behind each oil and the qualities they contain.

Lavender – the soft one

Lavender is one of the classic oils when the intention is peace, relaxation, and a gentle transition from activity to rest.

The familiar lavender scent is floral, clean, and slightly herbaceous, and has a special ability to make a room more quiet and inviting. It therefore fits beautifully into the evening ritual, but can just as easily be used at other times when you need to create a moment of more calm around you.

Use Lavender in the diffuser when the day is winding down, or let the scent become part of your meditation, yoga, or quiet moment.

Balance – the unifying one

Balance is a complex essential oil blend with a warm, woody, and slightly sweet aroma. It is created around oils such as Spruce, Ho Wood, Frankincense, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, and Osmanthus, and has a completely different character than the classic floral scent of Lavender.

Where Lavender feels soft and airy, Balance feels more like getting your feet on the ground.

It is beautiful when you need to gather yourself, create grounding, and return to your body after a day with many impressions.

Balance doesn't just have to belong to the evening. Use it in the morning, before a busy day, during meditation, or at any time when you feel you need to find your way back to your own center.

Balance reminds you that you can stand firm, even when life around you is moving.

Vetiver – the deep roots

Vetiver is the darkest and most intense of the three oils.

It is distilled from the roots of the vetiver plant and has a characteristic deep, earthy, woody, and slightly smoky aroma. It is an oil with weight and character – and a wonderful plant ally when you want to work with grounding and bodily presence.

Vetiver feels like putting bare feet on warm earth.

It invites you downwards. Away from the head and closer to the body.

Use it alone when you want a deep and earthy aromatic experience, or combine it with Lavender if you want to create a softer and more rounded evening atmosphere.

Vetiver reminds you of your roots. Of the body. Of the fact that you already stand somewhere.

It is precisely the difference between the three oils that makes Rested & Calm more than just a collection of oils.

Lavender has something soft, floral, and calming about it.

Balance has something warm, woody, and unifying.

Vetiver has depth, weight, and very deep roots.

How to use Rested & Calm

In a diffuser: Use the oils individually or experiment with combining them. For example, try Lavender and Vetiver together for a deeper, softer aroma.

For meditation and yoga: Let the scent be part of the space you create when you turn your attention inwards.

As part of your evening ritual: Choose the oil that suits your energy on that particular day, and let the same scent become a sensory marker for the transition from the day's activity to your own time.

Topically: Lavender, Balance, and Vetiver can be applied to the skin when diluted in a carrier oil and used according to the applicable recommendations for each oil.
