Here is a guided moment for you focusing on tuning into the Full Moon's energy - together with your cup of cacao. The energy around the Full Moon is for tuning into what new beginnings lie ahead of you.

You can intentionally choose to invite in what you wish to release, as the Full Moon represents and contains a strong energy to come "full circle" with actions, thoughts, projects, relationships.

Or you can feel within, together with your cacao, what is important to focus on.
I will guide you through all of this.

You will be better able to receive your cacao when you can lean back
Together with me, you will be guided so you can simply lean back and receive. For when you are in reception, you will be more easily able to feel, experience, and have this space in between - a space that is necessary for you to feel what is important to you. Truly important on a soulful and universal level - rather than head, expectations, and what would be smart.

Trauma Transforming Principles, Plant Spirit Work & Spirit of Breath
This ceremony is deeply rooted in my work with active meditation, plant spirits, and trauma-transforming principles. All to be able to include body, mind, and soul in my guidance to you.

With a loving approach to embracing your nervous system, which is simultaneously inviting and gentle.

So you also have a sense of wholeness when you are guided. - I emphasize that you feel it as an inviting space - precisely because you are the one who knows what is most right for you.

But giving you this inviting space makes it easier for you to feel what is true.

So you can say yes please, no thank you - or find your own way by modifying.

What does the Full Moon Guidance include?
This ceremony is 35 minutes long. It is designed so you can take a quiet 20-minute moment with a cup of cacao - or take the entire ceremony with the drum journey, so everyone can participate without taking several hours.

The ceremony itself focuses on being present with yourself, so you can receive your cacao and guidance from here.

• There is a focus on setting intentions for the Full Moon
• As well as a lovely breathing exercise to calm your nervous system, so your body and being can receive guidance from me and from spirit
• Drum journey to connect with Ixcacao, Cacao Spirit, so you can benefit from the insights, strengthen your relationship, and better understand working with cacao

Have your ceremonial cacao ready when you sit down. Make sure you are comfortably seated to receive and lean back into yourself. And enjoy the 35 minutes that guide you in the here and now - but also give you a calming breathing technique and an understanding of working with cacao spirit.
