You can intentionally choose to plant your seed for the upcoming cycle - or you can feel into, with your cacao, what is important to focus on.

You will be better able to receive your cacao when you can lean back
Together with me, Camille Namaste, you will be guided so you can simply lean back and receive. For when you are in reception, you will more easily be able to feel, experience, and have this in-between space - a space that is necessary for you to feel what is important to you. Truly important on a soulful and universal level - rather than focusing on the head, expectations, and what would be smart.

This ceremony is deeply rooted in my work with active meditation, plant spirits, and trauma-transforming principles. All to include body, mind, and soul in my guidance to you.

So you also have a feeling of wholeness when you are guided. - I emphasize that you feel it as an inviting space - precisely because you are the one who knows what is most right for you.

But giving you this inviting space makes it easier for you to feel what is true.

What does the New Moon Ceremony include?
This ceremony is 40 minutes long. It is created so you can take a quiet 20-minute moment - or take the entire ceremony, so everyone can participate without taking several hours.

The ceremony itself focuses on presence with yourself so you can receive your cacao and guidance from here.
- There is a focus on manifestation work
- Breathwork - to arrive and center

Have your ceremonial cacao ready when you sit down. Make sure you are comfortably seated to receive and lean back into yourself. And enjoy the 40 minutes that guide you here and now - but also give you techniques you can always use to calm yourself, tune in, and create a deeper connection with cacao spirit.
