Rose Touch has a sweet floral and uplifting aroma and is one of the most valuable essential oils in the world. 

Rose touch oil is made from rose petals. It can be used on pulse points, for example, to provide an uplifting feeling throughout the day, or on the neck and wrists for a natural perfume. 

Rose is also known to give the skin a moisture boost, reduce imperfections, and help promote even skin.

How do I use doTERRA Touch?

Use doTERRA Touch before your cacao session as a fragrant aromatherapy that opens your senses and awakens your emotions. Or use it throughout the day for extra support or well-being.

Apply doTERRA Touch to your wrists, temples, back of the neck, soles of your feet, pulse points, or wherever feels right, to experience the oil's effect. There is no right or wrong way. What you feel is always right.

Citrus oils & sunlight - be aware

Never apply citrus essential oils directly to the skin without diluting them with some form of oil (almond, coconut, shea oil, etc.).

Citrus oils have astringent properties, meaning they have the ability to renew and strengthen our skin. At the same time, they reduce skin pores, oil, and signs of fatigue.

So, while they are wonderful for skincare, they also make them photosensitive, so their properties can cause chemical burns if you apply them in their concentrated form before going out in the sun.

It is recommended to wait up to 12 hours after applying in concentrated form before direct sun exposure. 

However, I would always advise you not to apply in concentrated form, but to use a lovely blend of oil as mentioned before in this section.
It may be a good idea to apply them to a less sensitive area such as the inside of the wrist and see how your skin reacts to the oil before potentially using them in your facial skincare.

Possible skin sensitivity to the product. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care. Always avoid contact with eyes, inner ear, and other sensitive areas of the body. Never use the oil undiluted directly on the skin.
