Audio guide: Train your presence when drinking cacao (a gift for you)
Do you want to practice your presence so you can be more present with yourself, your partner, your family, or generally in all areas of your life?
Then this 32-minute audio file, which I'm sharing with you below, is especially for you. 🤎
Being present is rejuvenating in itself, and you will experience that life gives back much more because it feels like getting double out of life. However, for many, it is difficult to be present because it doesn't feel safe to feel themselves, to let go, just to be for a while.
Use the video to be guided by me into your own presence after you have drunk your cacao.
The guidance in the video is strongly rooted in my work with Body-Oriented Trauma Release, for which I hold spaces & train others.
Before you start the audio file, I invite you to:
- Prepare a cup of ceremonial cacao and enjoy it or most of it to get the full effect of the cacao when you listen to the audio file (buy your cacao here)
- Find a place where you feel safe and won't be disturbed
- Feel free to bring something familiar that feels like a resource (a crystal, your favorite blanket, your favorite cup for cacao, essential oils in the diffuser)
