Set intentions with your ceremonial cacao

Perhaps you've wondered how it's done, or why it's done?

Is it mostly about wanting to change something?
Away from something?
Towards something better?


Maybe then it's an invitation to try out something different 🤎


The spirit of cacao, mama cacao, comes with a loving embrace.

At least that's how I sense her.

All-encompassing love.

So you can feel and be with that which can be boxed as bad
Not nice
"low vibe"
Not a match for that frequency, or that version of you, as a quantum leaper.


Perhaps that's exactly what you should embrace instead, if your moments have become too much about escape/desire to constantly change.


Perhaps the gold lies in being with it
So you can transform the deepest parts of you that you probably don't think you can bear to be in, if you don't manifest the shit out of it.

Because sometimes this is enough.
Fuck all Oracle Cards.
Forget where you want to go.
Drop all intentions about your development.
Drop all intentions about what it would serve you to let go of.


Just sit and enjoy your cacao.

Resist the urge to move anywhere in your life.
What if you are just here for a while?


And your intention is to honor that it's okay for you to BE.

Just be.

Can you do that?

This came to me one day during my time with cacao.

And it occurred to me how conflicted I felt because I know there is potential for so much expansion.

For the split to be able to hear the whisper from spirit:
"It's okay for you to just be.
It's safe to be"

I love these reminders, which my cacao moments are so important for cultivating within me.
