This is the first Cacao Conversation in the series with Katrine Birk and me.

Welcome into a small time pocket - in the company of Ixcacao, as you enter Katrine and my space, as we one day sat and enjoyed cacao.

A conversation that offered Katrine's and my intentions, creativity, as an expression of life force.

As well as saying fuck no to today's wave of to-do lists in the hunt for dopamine boosts, energetic poverty, life values, and finally, a wrap-up with Sacred Cycles Oracle Cards.

The Cacao Conversation came to Katrine one day, as we enjoyed cacao and she asked if we shouldn't record our conversations

As they tend to flow in a completely different way when we sit down together, ground ourselves, tune in, make contact with Ixcacao.

... for something flows freely through us. As if life unfolds and integrates in a different way.

A channeling of the present moment, which nourishes us, and we believe it can also nourish you, if you sit down and listen with your heart and being.
